1. RULES

The regatta will = be governed by the current Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), as amended by the No= tice of Race and the Sailing Instructions. For advertising purposes, the regatta= is designated category C (unlimited advertising).

2. ENTRIES <= /o:p>

2.1 This regatta = is open to any One Design Sailboat Class/Fleet that belongs to a US Sailing member club, class or association. T= hree (3) boats of the same class must be registered in order to qualify for a fleet start. However, separate flee= ts may be combined in order to facilitate the starting sequence of this regatta.

2.2 Pre-registrat= ion may be accomplished by returning the attached entry form with payment of fees to the Mission Bay Yacht Club no later than 1700 hours (i.e.; 5:00 PM) on Tues= day, 17 August 2010. On site registration will be available at Mission Bay Yacht Club between 0830 and 1000 hours on Saturday,

21 August 2010. There is a higher fee for on-site registration.

3. SAILING INSTRU= CTIONS

The Sailing Instr= uctions for this regatta (bay & ocean) will be available no earlier than 0830 h= ours on Saturday, 21 August 2010 at the Mission Bay Yacht Club regatta registrat= ion table.

Other Classes =3D to be assigned at time of registration.

7. PRIZES

Prizes will be aw= arded for every 3 boats, up to 3 per fleet/class.

8. BOAT STORAGE <= o:p>

8.1 Dry stored bo= ats on a trailer may be stored in the MBYC parking lot along the inside of the west fence. DO NOT leave your empty trailer in a parking spot; put it along the = west fence.

8.2 Wet stored bo= ats: Please contact Port Captain, Van Barr, for proper dock assignment (858-488-= 0501 or 279-2774 or baldy@aol.com)

8.3 Regrettably, = boats that cannot pass under the Mission Beach Drive bridge must berth elsewhere. We recommend any facility in Quivera Basin or the anchorage at Mariner’s Cove = to the west of and immediately opposite Quivera Basin entrance.

From Southbound I= -5, exit on Sea World Drive (go approximately 2 miles), turn right onto Ingraham Street (stay in right hand= lane), exit almost immediately at the traffic circle onto West Mission Bay Drive. Continue ov= er the bridge, go past the Bahia Hotel and turn right (North) at the traffic signal onto Mission Boulevard. Turn right (East) at first stop sign on Mission Boulevard onto El Carmel Place. MBYC is located at= the eastern end of El Carmel Point.

From Westbound I-= 8 and I-15: Follow I-8 until the signs for Midway Drive, Sea World and Mission Bay appears. Turn right onto I= ngraham Street (stay in right hand lane), exit almost immediately at the traffic circle onto West Mission Bay Drive. Continue ov= er the bridge, go past the Bahia Hotel and turn right (North) at the traffic signal onto Mission Boulevard. Turn right (East) at first stop sign on Mission Boulevard onto El Carmel Place. MBYC is located at= the end of El Carmel Point.

Caution: speed limit on El Carmel Point is 15 mph.

10. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

10.1 No overnight= camping at MBYC. No motor homes or recreational vehicles of any size will be allowed inside the MBYC gate.

10.2 Absolutely N= o Pets Are Allowed.
