2011 Annual Club Dinner
was held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 21, 2011 at Capriccios Italian Restaurant

Our annual dinner was a success with relaxed atmosphere and good food. The dinner was followed by the 2010 season awards and a discussion about the current year's events. 
Members were happy to hear that Les proposed to hold a Sunfish Clinic, our newest event. Everyone also welcomed having the USSCA Western Regional Regatta as a combined event with the MBYC's One Design Regatta in August.
The 2010 season awards were awarded as follows:

2nd Honor - Mike Waters
3rd Honor - Jeff Annis
1st Honor Women Standings - Anne Hinton
Most Tenacious Sailor- Jennifer Myer

Our 2010 Annual Club Dinner was held on February 22, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at Capriccios Italian Restaurant.
We had a good showing of the majority of club members, present and new. The dinner was followed by announcements, election of new commodore Mike Waters, and the season awards. The outgoing commodore Les Piehl introduced two new awards for the 2009 sailing season - the best woman sailor award and the most tenacious sailor award - which were awarded to Patti Engquist and Barney Mohler.
The remaining 2009 season awards were awarded as follows:
